RBA Next respects your privacy. This notice explains how we handle information submitted through our website and contact form.

Last updated: 24 October 2026. This notice should be reviewed against actual business practices and supplier agreements before production launch.

2. Information we collect

When you contact us, we collect the information you provide, including your name, business email, company, selected area of interest and message. Our hosting and form providers may also process technical information needed to deliver the website, prevent abuse and transmit submissions.

3. Why we use it

We use inquiry information to respond to your message, assess potential advisory or partner engagements, and manage related communications. Depending on the circumstances, the relevant legal basis may be taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) or our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). The form also records your acknowledgement of this notice. We do not use the form as consent to marketing.

4. Service providers

Our website is hosted with Hostinger. Contact form submissions are processed through Formspree, and business correspondence is received through Proton Mail. These providers may process information on our behalf or under their own applicable terms. International transfers, locations and safeguards should be assessed using the current supplier agreements.

5. Retention

We keep inquiry data only for as long as necessary to handle communications and any resulting business relationship, subject to applicable legal obligations. Specific operational retention periods and deletion procedures must be documented and confirmed before the production launch.

6. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability where applicable, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can contact us at contact@rbanext.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP).

7. Architecture maturity assessment

The optional Architecture Maturity Assessment runs in your browser. Your responses, including any organization name you choose to enter, may be stored in your browser’s local storage so you can resume your assessment. Assessment answers are not automatically sent to RBA Next; report downloads are generated locally. You can remove locally stored assessment data using the assessment reset control or your browser’s site-data settings. The assessment interface loads third-party libraries from content delivery networks, which may process technical request data under their own terms.

8. Cookies and analytics

This version of the website does not intentionally include optional marketing or analytics scripts. Hosting and embedded third-party services may use strictly necessary technical mechanisms. Any future analytics, advertising or additional cookies will require a review and, where applicable, a consent mechanism.

9. Changes

We may update this notice when our services, providers or processing practices change. The latest version will be published on this page.
